Overview
People transformation begins with the concept of self-awareness and the importance of having goals, defined set of value and beliefs, all in alignment to create a balanced life.
Being willing to rigorously address the self, you will create an experience of self-discovery and acknowledgement of personal power, drive and fulfillment. This in itself is the fundamental process of living in the moment - participating, communicating and relating with others moment - to - moment (MtM). What must change is the quality and quantity of our awareness of complexity and our skills and comfort levels in working with others.
We need to look at what is called Being Ethic as the foundation of success. Ideologies like integrity, humility, temperance, courage, justice, patience, honesty, simplicity, etc.
This program focuses on experiential learning through transformational change. A highly interactive program which allows the participants to demonstrate and experiences the processes as they occur and how these concepts relate to every day life and work.
