Managing Stress for Success

Overview

One of the major problems at the workplace is STRESS. This program allows participants to begin the process of de-stressing. Our holistic approach addresses the flow of energy (chi), body movement and meditation allowing participants to develop their own methods of dealing with stress.

Content

Understanding the make-up of stress
Meditation and how it relates to stress
Breathing techniques
Moment-to-Moment (MtM) awareness
Understanding others and the working environment
Understanding personal behaviour and its impact on stress

 

Learning Outcomes
On completion of this program participants should be able to:

Identify and develop various strategies to deal with stress
Identify their root cause of stress
