The Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training is a nationally accredited qualification, designed for Assessors and Trainers who operate within a structured training or assessment system. They will have responsibility for program development and documentation, assessing trainees and reporting and recording results.
This program is the basic requirement for a trainer to deliver Australian Accredited programs under RTO framework.
This program provides practical tools for the participants to demonstrate their level of competencies required for accreditation. The mode of delivery will be in the form of lectures, small group exercises, analysis and feedback strategies.
